The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine and metabolic disorders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through personalised and evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities – Endocrinology
- Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, and metabolic syndromes.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for patients with diabetes, including insulin therapy and advanced glucose management strategies.
- Manage complex hormonal disorders, including osteoporosis, obesity, and reproductive endocrine conditions.
- Interpret and utilise hormonal assays, laboratory investigations, and imaging studies for accurate diagnosis.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response and current guidelines.
- Provide preventive care and early intervention strategies to reduce complications of chronic endocrine diseases.
- Collaborate with dietitians, cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians for comprehensive patient management.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modification, diet, medication adherence, and long-term disease control.
- Participate in multidisciplinary diabetes and metabolic clinics.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to international endocrinology guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations.
Qualifications & Board Recognition

- DM / DNB / FCPS Endocrinology or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
